The deal

Grid Fill is a game you get once from the App Store or Google Play and simply own. No subscriptions, no in-app purchases, no accounts, no ads. These terms are short because the arrangement is simple.

Your license

Grid Fill is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control, alongside the standard terms of the store you got it from — Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement on the App Store, or the Google Play Terms of Service on Google Play. Please don't copy, resell, or reverse-engineer the app — otherwise, play as much as you like.

Provided as is

Grid Fill is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep it bug-free, but we can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free, and to the maximum extent permitted by law we're not liable for damages arising from its use. It's a block puzzle — the worst likely outcome is a lost streak.

Your save data

Your progress lives in a local save file on your device and belongs to you. Deleting the app deletes it; we hold no copy and have no way to restore it. (See the privacy policy — nothing ever leaves your phone.)

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of Lithuania.

Changes

If these terms ever change, the update appears here first and the effective date at the top moves with it. Continuing to use the game after a change means you accept the new terms.
